C Tie copper lugs are manufactured from precision tubes to BS2871. They are designed and manufactured to meet performance requirements of BS4579 Part 1. Copper Tube Terminals between 6mm² & 800mm² have bell entry to ensure easy entry even for flexible conductors. Our copper tube terminals are supplied plated to BS1872 Part 2 for corrosion resistance and attractive appearance.

CTT1.5-16 is a hand ratchet tool designed to crimp 1.5mm² - 16mm² copper tube terminals. CTT10-120 is a hand tool made from modular cast iron, designed to crimp 10mm² - 95mm² copper tube terminals. CTHEX1 crimps 10mm² - 120mm² & CTHEX2 crimps 25mm² - 150mm² copper tube terminals. It produces a hexagonal crimp which acts uniformly on all sides and over a larger contact surface.
